It is a known fact that people who write down their goals have a higher percentage rate to reaching them. See it! Say it! Write it! Means write down your goals, read them out loud, repeat them in your head. Have an image. See it. If it is a weigh loss goal, put up a picture of yourself when you were the size you like to be at. See it. If there is a house you want put a picture on your wall. Put it on your refrigerator. See it often and every day. Don't lose the image of what you want. House, kids, weight loss, car, new job to write a book or whatever it is. You don't have to tell others, just tell yourself. Believe you want it and believe you will have it and know you deserve it. Take a piece of paper and write down "I have lean legs, I have lean legs, I have lean legs. Read it in your head. Read it out loud. Believe you have it or can have it. Feel it. When you do these things life around you starts creating circumstances to help you attract and create the goals you want. Try it!
